"I recently took my cat to Veterinary clinic Yasmine, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The entire team was highly professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They handled my cat with such gentleness and patience, making sure he was comfortable throughout the visit. The vet took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all my questions, which I truly appreciated. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Veterinary clinic Yasmine to any pet owner looking for top-quality veterinary care!"

"The main vet wasn't there, there were three other men instead. We took our two kittens to be checked for ringworm. They told us they were four weeks old. They injected them with antibiotics and vitamins after telling us they didn't have ringworm. They also gave them Frontline, a flea treatment which nearly killed one of them, as they are way too young to be given it. I developed ringworm on my skin two days after we got them back. It costed us 800dh for nothing."

"Dr. Laamrani is an exceptionally kind, ethical, and compassionate veterinarian. First, I will mention there is another doctor with a similar name in the area that is not good with animals. The vets last name is very similar. Some reviews here may be misplaced or pertaining to that doctor, who we refuse to take any pet to. Now, about the good doctor— our cat had been deeply afraid of vets due to past experiences, yet he was noticeably calmer and more trusting here. In what another clinic described as an “impossible” situation—and after we were sent home elsewhere with end-of-life instructions—Dr. Laamrani saved his life and gave us time we were told we would never have. Even once it became clear that our cat had serious, congenital, incurable conditions, we trusted Dr. Laamrani completely. We knew our cat was cared for with dignity, gentleness, and compassion, and—most importantly—that he was not afraid and experienced the love he had never known before. Our cat ultimately passed from a terminal congenital illness with heart failure. The full severity of his condition was only discovered after his passing, as it could not be seen on available imaging here. Throughout his care, Dr. Laamrani went far beyond what is expected. He allowed us to visit daily, reduced or froze billing at various points, and treated our cat as if he were his own. Despite prior fear of veterinary settings, our cat clearly trusted and loved both the doctor and the staff. He remained playful and affectionate whenever he was able, and he was always calm, clean, and well cared for. When the time came, imams were consulted and decisions were made with mercy, respect, and humanity. We were referred to Dr. Laamrani by multiple other veterinarians, and in our experience he is among the most trusted and gentle vets in the city. Contrary to some claims here, we personally witnessed him and his team stop billing and focus solely on doing what was right for the animal. Regarding comments about kittens with feline distemper: before we met Dr. Laamrani, we tragically lost two kittens to distemper under the care of a different vet, despite intensive, round-the-clock efforts (and our family cooking, blending and delivering soup to the clinic for syringe feeding daily). Sadly, many kittens with distemper do not survive even with excellent care. During our frequent visits, we saw Dr. Laamrani treat many dozens of animals daily, including many kittens. Animals were always kept clean, comforted, and treated with care. End-of-life decisions including hospice care were made only when an animal could not be saved. SPANA also does extraordinary work for animals in Morocco but is often at capacity, especially during distemper outbreaks. From what I saw I believe Dr. Laamrani often recieved that overflow and works overtime to help those animals. Because we were there nearly every day for a month, I personally witnessed many deliveries of cats and kittens with distemper, including a single delivery of dozens of carriers of sick cats being brought in together for his help. Not only did he treat them, he did an outstanding job of quarantine — our cat was safe. Veterinarians understand these limits and work within them. Medicine has realities, and ethical care means honesty—not false promises. Regarding another foreign guide who was upset they could not pay to take someone else’s pet home— the laws here are the laws. The Doctor operates ethically within the local law. We spent significant time in the treatment areas and saw firsthand how gently animals were handled. Claims of unethical behavior do not align with anything we observed. Dr. Laamrani works extraordinarily long hours and gives everything he has to his patients. Our cat came from a very hard life on the streets. What mattered most was that he experienced love, safety, and joy during the time he had. Dr. Laamrani did not just provide medical care—he helped make that possible until the very end. He is kind, humane, deeply ethical, and the only vet our animals have ever genuinely trusted."

"⭐ 1 Star I am leaving this review because of what has happened to Lily, a FIP survivor who has been kept in this clinic for over eight months. She was abandoned here, scared and sick, and instead of helping her move on to a safe place, the clinic has refused to release her to us, even though we are a rescue team ready to take full responsibility for her care. What’s even more shocking is that the refusal continues even after we offered to pay the outstanding bill. It feels as though the clinic is simply waiting for the bill to grow larger, while Lily sits trapped in a tiny glass enclosure with no real life, no comfort, and no chance at recovery. Her condition is declining, and she’s slowly giving up hope and yet they still refuse to let her go. No animal should be kept like this. Lily deserves compassion, freedom, and a chance at a real home — not to be used as a way to inflate a bill. This has been heartbreaking to witness, and I hope sharing this helps ensure no other animal ends up in the same situation. Lily deserves so much better."

"I've been here twice to get vaccines for my adopted street cat. The staff is so lovely and kind. They are very efficient and the service is top notch. It is very clean too and I trust the care that my cat receives. Everyone is very welcoming and they will answer your questions. The staff at the desk and the vets also speak English which is awesome. They also are reasonably priced and have flea medicine for a good value. I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend. Thank you for your care of Mr. Oreo!"
