"Really hoped that here they would somehow help my Mom, but everything turned out the other way around. Since we were tourists, they decided to rob us (I should not say which doctor), taunted us in their German language. Okay, my mother doesn’t understand German, I understand, although there’s not much about what they were talking about. But I decided to explain the problem in English so that he understood what was the matter. Then, probably, he didn’t get what kind of problem. He did not examine her properly. Maybe he wanted to quickly get the money and just get rid of us. And when the time came for payment, this fraudster decided to rob in an amount that exceeds the real amount twice. I never expected this, especially from doctors. I did not think that they are engaged in fraud.."

"Top friendly staff and excellent doctor at the cardiology. Team effort on diagnosis and treatment. Most examinations available inhouse and immediately. Well balanced food, extra wishes no problem, single room beautiful and quiet. Improvements: wifi signal not strong enough, shower pressure low. Top location in the city, the garden is nice but could be a bit larger. Nice cafe and terrace for visitors in the summer time. Thank you team for a wonderful and healing stay!"

"I was staying on the 3rd floor in Confraternität Privatklinik for an ankle surgery last April. All went well, there were no difficulties. Before my stay, the accounting office was very responsive to all inquires. Nurses and doctors were helpful and always assisted me and my needs; they could fluently speak English. I was impressed by the quality of the food! All comes with a price, but that was somehow inline with expectations for a private clinic."

"Came here for an ultrasound scan and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and smoothly it went. The team was very professional and efficient. Thank you! However, I had an issue with the receptionist in the main building who was exceedingly rude. I explained my situation and was met with the most pert reply and inexcusable rudeness. With great condescension, he corrected my pronunciation of “Confraternität” and shot me a withering glare that aimed to make its subject feel small. I had to insist I was in the right place — which I was— and just needed to know where the ultra scan building was. Audacious! My visit was on 23 September 2024 at 1500. The receptionist was a man in his 60s in the main building, Privat Klinik."

"3 stars only (otherwise would have been way less) because most importantly: surgery went well and no post-operative complications. But this hospital needs remodeling and massive re-training for the team/s. Rooms are clean, but too small and the team/s must learn how communicate better (with the patients and among themselves). One does not get the feel of services in a private hospital. The biggest minus goes to the team for not calling my family after the surgery was done. Edit after feedback from hospital: it is a rule you might consider changing as any other hospital does. Also, I was not informed about this - on the contrary, I was told to leave the number where they should call, and nobody did so."
