Even after our baby’s birth, she always greets us with a warm smile and checks on how everything is going. She is extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely cares about patients and their families. Her positive attitude, politeness, and constant support made our experience feel safe and comforting. We truly appreciate her dedication and the way she treats everyone with respect and kindness. "I would like to share my excellent experience at Emirates Specialty Hospital. Dr. Abdelhakim Elganyni, Gastroenterologist, is an exceptionally professional doctor. He truly listens to his patients, takes the time to understand their concerns, and builds a strong, trusting relationship throughout the recovery process. His depth of knowledge, especially in autoimmune diseases, is remarkable. I have complete confidence in his care and would follow him wherever he practices in the future. I would also like to commend Dr. Rafik Abulmagd, Rheumatologist, who has an outstanding ability to accurately identify and manage complex conditions. What stands out most is the excellent coordination between Dr. Abdelhakim and Dr. Rafik—their collaborative approach has had a very positive impact on my overall wellbeing and treatment outcome. Finally, I must recognize the incredible support of nurse Amor. Her attention to detail, dedication, and consistent follow-ups are truly exceptional and made a significant difference in my care experience. Recommendation for improvement: While the medical care is outstanding, I believe the pharmacy services could benefit from improvement, as the current level of service is below standard compared to the overall quality of care provided by the hospital."

"I am absolutely appalled and horrified by the experience we had at the Emirates Specialty Hospital Emergency Department. What we went through was nothing short of a nightmare. An emergency department is meant to respond with urgency, efficiency, and compassion. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no sense of urgency the moment we walked in. I drove all the way from Jumeirah Village Circle to Dubai Healthcare City with my 3-year-old child who was vomiting every 20 minutes. As a parent, that is terrifying. I chose this hospital because I have been visiting for five years and trusted that their standards would be maintained. I was completely wrong. We were told to wait upon arrival. Fifteen to twenty agonizing minutes passed before a nurse even checked my son’s vitals. After that, we were simply told to wait for the doctor. There was no explanation for the delay, no reassurance, no communication. The emergency department appeared understaffed and disorganized, with no visible coordination or accountability. While we waited, my son vomited twice more. Watching your sick child deteriorate while sitting helplessly in an emergency room with no doctor in sight is beyond distressing. After escalating the matter to the duty manager, a temporary measure was taken, but still no doctor. It took 45 minutes — after repeated follow-ups — for the doctor to finally arrive. Tests were done, medication was started, and we were again left waiting. Once the blood test results were ready, the doctor was supposed to review and advise next steps. Instead, we waited another hour and a half. Only after repeated calls did she return — by which time my exhausted child had fallen asleep. We spent FOUR hours in the Emergency Department for a case involving a repeatedly vomiting toddler. Four hours of anxiety, fear, frustration, and complete helplessness. This experience shattered the trust I had built over the past five years. An emergency department without urgency defeats its very purpose. No parent should ever feel this unsupported or ignored in a medical crisis. I sincerely hope this is taken seriously and reviewed under the scrutiny of the appropriate governing authorities. Adequate staffing, accountability, and basic compassion are not luxuries — they are the minimum expected standards of healthcare. Extremely disappointing."

"Inpatient services, inpatient nursing and specially facilities need a lot of improvement, the toilets need renovation, the nursing team left me without a call bell after surgery, some rooms toilets have drain flies and room has what appears to be mould. Cleanliness in the room wasn’t up-to hospital standard. Room toiletries even in VIP wards is not up to expectations. Some test results are not sent at all. Construction site next door is very noisy. Lobby is welcoming, cafe is good quality and free valet service is nice. There is a lot of room for improvement specially on the facilities end."
