Do not trust a word they say. They take your money and don’t follow through !!!! Total Rip Off clinic!!!!"

"Me and my boyfried went to Costamed to get an Covid Antigen test done. We needed a negativ result that is no older then 48 hours upon our arrival in Germany to be able to enter the country. We made an appointment two days prior to the test and filled out all the needed informations. We got tested at 8am in the morning on the day of our departure and got the result an hour later via email in english/spanish! We were so relived! Therefore we can highly recommend Costamed with its professional and friendly english speaking staff. They kept exactly what they promised with the time of reveiving the test result.Thanks a lot, Costamed team Cancun!"

"Extremely rude reception. The lady wouldn't provide any information and wouldn't give me a time for an appointment. This place should hire someone who actually wants a job doing reception. Its called customer service. Not hate on everyone who wants to spend money so they still have a job."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID. Worst experience. Incompetent personnel, we waited 1 hour despite booking an appointment 2 weeks before, they prioritized a group with no appointments. The results were delayed despite being told we would get results sooner. Name on the test was incorrect although I purposely double checked the name on the system. This is unacceptable. No social distancing outside and no communication. Communication was basically horrible, especially at the call center when looking for updates. The personnel hung up on my face and was basically clueless. IF you’re looking to get tested because it’s required by your country, avoid this place, I repeat, avoid this place."
