"I just wanted to share my bad experience on this hospital. Got an appointment at 11am u fortunately they have called me by 12:10pm for some reason I really don’t know and nobody explain why it happens. Not recommended at all!"

"Worst hospital ever. I went for emergency at 6am because I damage my toe badly and could not walk properly. They told me it could be broken and X ray is closed, to wait until 8am!! This is emergency service in Dar al Shifa. I have too much pain and I have to wait 2 hours until x ray open. They charge me the consultation and I wait somewhere else and come back at 8 to reception and ask for x ray, then I see orthopedist and the hospital make me pay Consultation again! Pathetic never again I go and I advise all people not to go there, very bad service. I pay 2 consultations for something that it should be all together for emergency consultation not my fault that this hospital runs in a pathetic way."

"My mother went to Dalma mall branch at 6:35 pm yesterday and one Egyptian guy was sitting behind the desk a Sudanese doctor was there also, my mother was asking only for the result of the test she had done few days ago and they refuse to assist her with very bad attitude and Un respectful way without any human being. The concern is even if she was requesting unavailable thing, there should be little costumer service only little amount."

"The worst hospital I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Went there with my girlfriend for a CT scan after she was on a car accident. The doctor says scan is okay. Then at 12am he rings us to say there may actually be a colloid cyst in the brain, but that he’s ‘not sure’ and we have to come back. We have spent countless hours in this absolute kip and every member of staff apart from one nice nurse have been totally incompetent. Do not come here."

"Very unprofessional- they canceled our appointment just 2 hours before the actual timing.. our appointment should be with a internal medicine and they asked us to see a GP instead !!!! No one wants to move from his/her place!!!! Going up and Down to follow our matter.. even they don’t want to use the phones !?!? Not recommend 😡😡😡 even after seeing another specialist he did not bother himself taking to the patient or giving him any kind of education.. he said why are you here even?! تجربة جدا جدا جدا سيئة … لا ينصح به ابدا ابدا"
