"The staff is really nice and helpful however the waiting times are very long. I had to wait more than 2h in the waiting room. After the examination they ended up giving me a dental CT scan appointment in more than 2months!! Actual surgery in even more time. I went there because i have issues with my lower wisdom teeth and the doctor suggested we have 2 operations (one for each side) and take out the top wisdom teeth too, which I was unhappy with because they were growing well and presented no issues whatsoever. The student staff was incredibly nice but I don't plan to spend 6+ months and have 2 surgeries to get 2 teeth out."

"It takes a special kind of person to be able to still smile, be patient and give each person the care and attention they deserve despite the waiting room full of people outside. Dr Manuel (I didn't catch his last name) was incredibly caring and attentive. Despite him having to treat two patients at once, still took the time to investigate the problem properly and explain all available treatment options to me, in flawless English besides. I'm very grateful for all of his help, I feel much better after the root canal he performed. Yes, the waiting times are long but this is what you get when you go to an emergency room - gotta wait your turn. (By the way, there is a vending machine in the waiting room if you get thirsty - cash only)."

"I was referred here by my oncologist for an urgent matter and felt truly lucky to be cared for by Dr. Veronica Bartsch and Maria Di Clemente. Throughout the entire process, I experienced a high level of professionalism, confidence, and attentive care. It made a stressful situation feel safe and reassuring. As a cancer patient, this experience built deep trust and genuine relief. Thank you."

"I would love to say I had a good experience but I did not. I was referred to the clinic after a tooth extraction by my local dentist had breached the sinus. After an initial discussion with 2 enthusiastic student dentists a teaching dentist briefly reviewed the situation and, as the sinus was now infected, i was put on a course of iodine injections through the tooth hole into the sinus, every 3 to 4 days. After 2 months the teaching dentist agreed that it was time to stitch the hole closed. The operation involved many students, 14 stitches and took 2 hours during which i had a panic attack. 2 weeks later they took the stitches out and in doing so reopened the hole. I went to a private dentist in the 8th District who took 7 minutes to operate and close the hole and 2 weeks later the stitches were successfully removed. I know dental students must sonehow practise but I felt truly a versuchskannenchen. I will never go near the place again."
