Warm welcome, treatment started in time, short but comprehensive explanation of medical issue, competent and professional proposal for options : hard to believe - very pleasant treatment - leaned back, made myself comfortable, local anasthesia , felt asleep almost ! "I feel scammed and deeply uncomfortable with my experience here. I had a written quote for 1,560 CZK, yet I was overcharged. ​What is most concerning is that the doctor bypassed the reception desk and insisted I pay her directly in her office. Even when I showed her the email from the clinic confirming the lower price, she refused to honor it and charged me 1,800 CZK. The clinic’s later "apology" via email admitted they gave me the wrong info but offered no refund or resolution. ​When a doctor ignores a written agreement to take more money from you privately in their office, it feels like a predatory practice. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid this place if you value transparency UPDATE (April 2026): Following my initial review, the clinic’s management reached out to resolve the situation. They have since issued a refund of the fees in question. While the original experience was frustrating, I appreciate that they at least took accountability and made an effort to rectify the mistake."

"100% recommend! Like most, I don’t like going to the dentist but Dr. Artem was very kind and calmed my nerves. He explained everything along the way and made sure I was pain free the whole time. I saw Viktorie as well, who is one of the dental hygienists, and she was wonderful! The office is very clean and modern and the ladies at the front desk were very sweet and attentive.
