I have microtia nd he performed a two stages ear reconstruction surgery for me. the results were not exactly as I had hoped but I feel he did a good job overall. The nursing staff nd level of care during my stay were outstanding. However, post op follow up nd communication from reception team/ surgeon r very poor i believe nd could be improved."
