"Thank you for a great birthing experience. We had out little one at Dexeus Mujer this year, we wanted a Hospital with an International department as we aren't very confident with communicating in Spanish or Catalan. Matteo helped organise all our appointments and provided information to us in English where needed which gave us some peace of mind throughout the pregnancy. Dr Alberto was great throughout the pregnancy, he provided good information and we felt well cared for. We liked the regular check-ups and ultrasounds, particularly as this was our first child. Sometimes the wait times at appointments were long, but in my experience of doing some of our Antenatal care in the UK, it wasn't much different. The birthing team was great, although we did not have our regular doctor for the c-section, the team were fantastic, caring and made us feel relaxed. Additionally, the team on the ward were great, as the mother, I felt like I was looked after too by the nursing team which I was concerned about, they attended to my wounds, provided good pain management and helped me get back on my feet. The pediatric's team was also great and provided good care to our newborn baby and my husband was allowed to stay throughout the nights with us. Although sometimes we felt they were a little bit slow to respond to the buzzer, overall we had a great experience at Dexeus. Thank you!"

He has always responded to my emails quickly, with great care and professionalism, patiently answering every question I had. As a foreigner in Spain, going through something as important as pregnancy and childbirth, his support made me feel truly safe and well taken care of. I would also like to mention my doctor, Nimet Ozbey Kuru, who has been incredibly supportive, reassuring, and professional throughout the entire process. At one point, I had an urgent situation, and Matteo immediately organized everything and made sure I could speak with my doctor without delay. Thanks to their quick coordination, I received the help I needed right away. I can wholeheartedly recommend this team. "Thank you to everyone the kind staff and patience with the support. We came from out of country to get some genetic testing done on bloodwork and they were absolutely supportive every step of the way, especially Matteo who navigated any questions absolutely was wonderful by helping us reschedule due to flight delays and even follow up questions after everything was done, always responding immediately very kindly and efficiently. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Also the prices are extremely reasonable in comparison to many other countries."

"I had multiple visits there. 2 of them as urgent appointments. I have endometriosis... And although they are not able to help me other than giving me hormones, they helped me a lot when suddenly they found two lumps in my breasts... I got one biopsy immediately and one scheduled within 4 days. It was very efficient and they organized English speaking doctor who can perform the deeper biopsy. They told me I needed to wait 7-10 days for the results, but called me after 6, also in English! The staff is very friendly and understanding. They supported me all the way. Sometimes you have to wait longer and there are delays but then the checks are precise and not rushed. I recommend this clinic. For emergency visits, calling for appointment is easy, staff on the phone always friendly, and the visits all were very good, amazing doctors, caring and explaining properly. When I got a doctor that doesn't speak English, she really spoke slowly, making sure I understand. Well done, Dexeus! I hope this level of patient care won't change!"
