However, the manner in which customers were treated felt dismissive, as though we were seeking treatment free of charge. In addition, the nurse appeared inattentive and unprofessional while providing information, leaning back in her chair in an inappropriate manner. Such conduct is unacceptable for a private hospital and does not reflect the standard of care and service that patients should receive. 👎"

"No one came to see me for over an hour. I was in severe pain and trauma. When I asked for a supervisor, they said there weren't any and I had to wait, even though my grandmother's pain was getting worse. They didn't respond to my questions. Those who arrived after us had long since seen the doctor and left. This attitude is borderline good and bad. I urge management to pay attention to this."
