"I tripped on the ice and broke my arm, needed a surgery and got it at this hospital. It was a very scary and painful process but the good people at this hospital did their best to ease my suffering, God bless them. The staff are friendly and some of them speak english."

"**Extremely Disappointing Experience with Clinic Staff** I had a bike accident where I suffered multiple injuries: a broken shoulder, a fractured wrist, two broken frontal teeth, and a bruised head. Despite my condition, the emergency section kept me waiting for *two hours* without even providing first aid. To make matters worse, no MRI scanning was done to rule out potential internal head injuries, leaving me anxious about my condition. The staff at the scanning center were unprofessional and rude. As soon as I entered, they started shouting at me to hurry up because they had other patients to attend to. Their attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. Following the first examination on the day of my accident(24.12.2024), I was informed that no orthopedic doctor was available and was told to return in three days(27.12.2024). They gave me a number to call ahead for appointment, but despite calling multiple times over different intervals, I only got a recorded message. When I went to the "MVZ Pro Patient chirologie und Orthopädie, 2nd floor, Ärztehaus DRK clinic Köpenick on 02.01.2025, I was shocked by the front desk reception for their complete lack of empathy. I was given an appointment for January 17th—over two weeks away. I explained that I was in severe pain and needed an earlier appointment, but my requests were met with apathy. I also asked for a sick note for my employer, which they flatly refused to provide. Instead, the front desk staff yelled at me, scolded me, and told me to find another doctor. This entire experience has been utterly appalling. The staff lacked basic empathy, professionalism, and a willingness to help. As an expat who pays heavy taxes and follows all legal obligations, I am deeply disappointed. This clinic not only failed to provide timely medical care but also shattered my trust in their services. I strongly advise others to reconsider seeking treatment here unless major improvements are made."

"I gave birth to my son last week. I had really good experience with the entire staff. I chose this hospital at last week of pregnancy and I can’t thank enough the team for this wonderful birth experience. I was taken care by different Hebamme as three shifts changed from the time I got admitted. I was in extreme pain after inducing Labor and the nurses kept their patience after i troubled them multiple times. Rooms were clean, food was good. As a first time mother I was provided with everything at hospital. I will blindly recommend the hospital for giving birth. Truly grateful to the team for taking care of me and my little one."

"After a great surgical experience here last year, we didn't hesitate to choose DRK Köpenick for the birth of our child. The care we received was exceptional. The doctors and midwives were wonderful, providing steady support through a very long labor. The staff is professional and kind, and being able to stay in a family room made our first days as a family so much easier. Thank you to the whole team! 🙏"

"I gave birth to my first baby on 13 May,, the Doctors, Hebammen, Anesthesiologist and Nurses were very professional, friendly and showed me so much care during my long Labor period. The rooms are clean, the response when you ring the bell is fast and the overall experience was a positive, I honestly have no negative thing to say!!! A special THANK YOU to Herbamme Ivanna who always calmed me down🫶🏽 and another special THANK YOU to the delivery team!!! I had a beautiful birth without complications!! I would 💯 recommend the DRK Klinikum Köpenick as a number 1 Choice for giving birth❤️!!!"
