"In a nutshell, I didn’t like the service I was provided in this hospital. I recently visited this hospital and while it itself is nice and clean, I was unfortunately disappointed with the service I received. My primary concern was with the doctor's examination. While I appreciate the doctor's time, I felt the consultation was rushed and incomplete. She didn't thoroughly check all of my organs, focusing mainly on taking some analysis. The results were sent to my email, which made it difficult to discuss them with her in person. Additionally, I was prescribed medication without any follow-up appointment to check on its effectiveness. This feels particularly concerning, as the package I purchased did not include any provision for such a check-up. I was also surprised by the breakfast provided after my blood test. While I understand the hospital aims to offer healthy and nutritious meals, the sugar milk and a bun I received felt more like a treat than a balanced breakfast. I believe it's essential to consider the nutritional value of meals given to patients, as they are seeking to improve their health, not just their sugar intake. I believe there is room for improvement in patient care and the quality of services offered."

"We went there for a blood test, and the results were promised within 5 hours via email. However, after waiting for 2 days without receiving anything, we sent an email but got no response. A few days later, we sent another email, and again there was no reply. We also called several times, but nobody answered. In the end, we had to travel back to Hanoi just to collect the results in person. The most unacceptable and frustrating aspect of our experience was their complete lack of responsiveness. I would recommend avoiding this place."
