"I had my hair transplant today at this clinic in Istanbul. The experience was generally okay, and the hospital itself is quite large with many patients coming in and out. However, there were a few noticeable gaps that future patients should be aware of. There were long waiting periods between each step — blood tests, consultation, and the procedure — and I had to follow up multiple times just to know what was happening next or how long it would take. It would really help if someone proactively updated patients instead of us having to chase for information. Communication during the operation was also a challenge. Most of the attendants and even the technical staff didn’t speak English, so getting answers to simple questions was difficult. For international patients, this creates unnecessary stress. I was also a bit surprised that Dr. Cinik only stepped in for about 30 seconds to ask how things were going and then left. I’ve had two transplants earlier at more premium clinics, and the doctors there were much more involved and attentive throughout the process. This clinic felt more like a high-volume, factory-style setup. Overall, the work seems fine so far, but the experience could be improved with better communication, shorter waiting times, and more doctor involvement."
