"I was hesitant in leaving my review because i had considered still attempting to still contact today the doctor. However, i have decided i would not want to pursue a surgery with a doctor who doesnt value his patients or his patient's time. I waited over 6 months for my virtual consultation with Dr. De Rungs. I was so enthusiastic as he seemed to check all the boxes, I coordinated with family that lives in Mexico City with the anticipation to get surgery and have relatives help. The day of my consultation i received a msg asking if I could do my consultation at 2pm rather than 6pm. Excited, I dropped everything to be available at the new time they proposed, only to never receive a call at 2pm. So I called at 2:10 and they ignored my call and said in a moment they'd call back. At 2:30 i received a msg that he was finishing up as he had an urgent matter. 3:30pm came around and I still hadnt received a call and had a meeting at 4:15pm.so I msgd them to let them know about my meeting. They never responded. So about 15 min before the originally scheduled appointment of 6pm i msgd them to confirm he would still call me at 6pm like our original appointment was scheduled. Almost 10 min after 6pm I received a msg that he had left for an appointment he had and to give them time until he came back. I told them after 7pm I would not longer be available as I already had plans. I asked if the doctor didnt call me before 7pm if he could reschedule asap and they ignored me after that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Had me waiting nearly all day for a call only to never call or reschedule. I don't understand how a doctor does not have the ability to reschedule with some one with anticipation if they knew they would not be able to make it to the appointment. What a waste of almost 7 months in waiting."
