"Terrible service. I went three times. The first time, they saw me on time for my appointment. The second time, the doctor saw me 40 minutes late... and the third time, my appointment was at 5 pm, and the receptionist texted me the day before saying my appointment was being changed to 5:30 pm. I said, "But it was at 5 pm!" and she said, "Yes, sorry, the doctor is starting the consultation later." The thing is, I arrived at 5:15 pm and when I walked in, I heard the doctor was already there with a patient. Another 40 minutes passed past my appointment time before the doctor came out with a woman from the office and told the receptionist to leave her appointment open. Basically, what they did to me was see that woman whenever she wanted, taking time away from other patients to give it to her. In my case, they changed my appointment time the day before, even though I had booked it three weeks in advance, just to see that woman. It was like my money wasn't worth anything or she was paying more than me. You pay for a private clinic expecting fast and friendly service, but with this doctor, it's the same as, or even worse than, going to the public health system. Zero professionalism and zero customer service."
