".Nerina has a fantastic team supporting her, but unfortunately I felt that she let's her team down. I underwent a surgical procedure with her in 2025 at a cost of approximately R250,000, which I later realised was significantly above the average pricing. I chose Nerina based on her strong social media presence and believed I was choosing one of the best. Around six months after surgery, after raising concerns regarding my results, I was advised that additional costs would be required to address imbalances following the procedure. Since surgery, I have experienced issues including excessive tightness and pulling on one side, asymmetry, lumps developing in my neck area, a post-surgical infection, and several other ongoing concerns. After seeking two independent professional opinions, I was advised that further corrective surgery would be required. I was also informed that concerns had been raised regarding the surgical approach and technique used in my case.This has been an extremely upsetting, emotionally draining, and costly experience. From my personal perspective, I was left feeling that financial considerations may have taken priority over achieving the best possible long-term outcome for me as a patient"
