"The staff were all very kind and accommodating, and treated my daughter quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling that needed an ED."
"I was with my child in the emergency room…we waited 6 hours and in the end the doctor told us to take paracetamol. Imagine waiting 6 hours for something we had. And in the end he hadn't eaten for 5 days and they left him waiting on the bench for hours and they didn't give him any serum"
"I went with my 13 month old kid 2 times to get treated with severe diaarhea and vomiting . I noted few points about the hospital with doctor's behavior 1.This is an ultra friendly kids hospital. 2. Doctor's motto is every child's life matters. 3. Zero waiting time. Especially if you belong to Asia/Africa, then you are treated with highest priority no matter how trivial the symptom is 4. The empathy for children is overwhelming 5. Doctor's are working beyond their limits and line of duties. 6. Doctor's IQ levels about the diseases are beyond imagination. Hope you understood what I am trying to say . Rest everyone have explained down"
"I don’t like University hospitals. They always get students to do the regular doctor’s jobs. We had this one doctor who had to write everything and had to ask for the information over and over again. She also had to draw blood from both my child’s in-step and she pulled on them really hard like she’s doing it on a dog in vet clinic. She was nice though. But this is the thing about going to school hospitals. They were however thorough. They did all the necessary steps to put our mind at ease as parents. It took us more than 7 hours before all tests were finished. I am giving this hospital a 4 because one night shift doctor who was really empathetic explained to us how it all goes and the possibilities why our child is feeling some pain. She was very reassuring. In general, it’s a better hospital compared to Klinikum Harlaching children’s hospital. It’a well lighted and looks cleaner. About amenities, they have multiple changing spots and play room in waiting areas. The toilet was clean too and easily accessible. BUT the wait time is extremely long. Takes hours."
"If you are thinking of bringing your most precious thing in the whole world in this hospital. Please dont. I am waiting with my 1 year old daughter who has a very high fever - 40.2!!! And we are waiting for almost 5 hours now and nobody cares from the personal. I dont know why i came here..."
