I had been wearing spectacles for 30+ years, and the results are even better than I could have dreamed. Their premises are extremely well organized, and the waiting times are very short. The staffing team are friendly, professional, dedicated, and incredibly welcoming. The Lasik procedure itself was quick and painless. Dr. Aleksic is patient and talked to me through the entire procedure with care. I was back to my normal routine the following day. "I found everyone involved really professional and helpful. I had IOL/cataract surgery and at all stages of admin, examination, surgery and follow up I felt very supported. I was advised of alternative options and a late notice changed from bilateral to single eye surgery a week apart, with full support from the team. All my queries were answered and I was well informed of all the risks despite their low liklihood. It is an anxious time, but I felt that the expertise that was evident within all the team, gave me great confidence. Dr Aleksic kept me completely informed of what he was doing as he conducted the surgery at every stage and the anaesthetist advised me very clearly of what he would be doing before entering the theatre.
