She genuinely listens, follows up with real care, and makes you feel safe and supported during stressful moments. Her professionalism and compassionate energy truly stand out. A big thank you as well to Dr. Sina, the ultrasound doctor, who was extremely professional and even noticed details about my condition that had not been properly highlighted before. Special thanks as well to lovely Sahar for her kindness and support, and to Mr. Mohammad Aghizmeh who took my blood sample so gently and professionally — I usually have very difficult veins and barely felt it!
