"The new location is way better. Shaded parking is available. The building is clean and nicely designed. LOVED the skylights. Front desk and medical record staff are amazing. They fast and professional. Nurses are lovely and caring. The doctors are very professional. I understand that i do have to sit and wait for a while for my turn, but the outcome is always worth the wait and i am always satisfied. Lab and pharmacy are very professional and helpful whenever i need anything. My only problem is the waiting areas. It’s small and there isn’t enough social distance. The outside waiting area is uncomfortable considering the fact that I’ll be sitting for at least 50 minutes."

"One of the worst centers me and my wife have experienced at Dubai Health. Manager "Maitha" and Receptionist "Asma" very unprofessional with dealing with us as patients. There are many issues with this hospital, - lack of management and planning. *Can you imagine every time we go we have to wait 40-50 minutes only to register at the reception???!* where in world you have seen such a long waiting time to register and check in for our follow up appointment?! When we asked the manager "Maitha" - she said we know there is a problem and we have raised it to the higher management, but they said to not to reduce the number of patients coming and we should see more patients more than our capacity! Imagine a hospital manager tells you that. After waiting and checking in for an hour, we waited another 70 minutes to see the doctor for 5 minutes appointments. It is a big mess there and clear lack of management and consideration of patient time. No respect to our time at all. Nurses are also too rude, they say we are busy as well and we have shortage of staff. Is that my problem??? When we went to Sonography for my wife, they had only one technician, the other one apparently was off and they scheduled her patients all with one radiologist, imagine the waiting time? Why do I need to suffer and wait for more than hour just because they have lack of management. They have no "patient first" no "respect to patient time" values AT ALL."
