"It was my second time coming to this hospital, I decided to return after great experience I had two years ago with lasik on my right eye. This year I was angry and disappointed by the experience. All the supporting staff, girls at the reception and on the floors, phone operators, are very incompetent. Every step of the way I had to agrue. Two times they to tried to change the price. Everything is slow and you wait for no reason. For the room and protection glasses I had to agrue to receive them. People on the phone give you wrong information. I am very grateful to the wonderful doctor Hakan Sivrikaya, who performed both times operation perfectly, only for this I can put 3 stars. I don't recommend coming here, you need better staff management."
