"The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped me with my TMJ issue and recommended a program moving forward. However, when I was booking in the email they stated the prices of the consultation vs comprehensive appointment. I requested to book the comprehensive appointment (4800kc) and in the end we only did the consultation which was stated costs 1500kc. When i went to pay they told me i visited with another doctor and need to pay 2400kc… In the end I paid the stated amount in the email (included) but would clarify pricing/type of appointment before booking! I think this approach is sneaky not client centric. I would have been happy to pay the stated price of the comprehensive visit but they didn’t even carry this out.. The follow up email was a blank email with an attachment for a 26.1k kc mouth guard. (attached) This was extremely immature and discouraging businesses can conduct themselves like this after trying to scam people for 1k kc :/ The location is advantageous and the space is clean."
