"Every interaction here has been consistently positive. Dr. Joseph is incredibly effective, kind, and thoughtful, and I always feel truly listened to and supported. Mark and Rachel at reception are also wonderful. Professional, responsive, and consistently helpful, they make everything feel easy and well organised. Overall, this is a place where you feel well cared for, respected, and in very capable hands. I’m really grateful to have found them."

"ABSOLUTELY top drawer. No need to look any further for your medical needs. Im an American traveler and also a solo traveler. Dr Joseph took care of my medical needs via a video conference. He spent a good bit of time with me gathering my information and was so kind. It saved me a trip to a hospital because I didn't know where else to go if it wasnt for this service. This is a WONDERFUL clinic. I feel so cared for. I believe Mark is the administrator, also extremely helpful. My biggest thank yous Warm regards. Stacy O"

"For €150—the “Peace of Mind” package that advertised treatment as included—I received an emailed lab report with no interpretation, no counseling, no meaningful discussion of the results, and no actual treatment. Any prescriptions would still need to be filled and paid for separately. “Peace of Mind” should not mean paying €150 to Google your own test results. Scammy. I will not be returning."

"The staff here is unbelievably kind and present. But when it came to Dr. Joseph I found him rude and more importantly not helpful. I'd been here before for quick preventative testing and if you need that then you'll probably be fine. But if you need more than that this from my experience is not the place to go. I hadn't had a physical in a while so I wanted a blood test and then had an injury in my left leg so wanted to have it checked out. When the blood test results came back I set an appointment to review and when I asked questions to understand the results Dr. Joseph told me it is fine. When I asked follow-up questions or to understand more he cut me off and began to raise his voice. Similarly he recommended I get an MRI and then review the results with him. When the MRI results came and I was trying to understand them he shared that he is not a specialist and can't decipher the images at which point I asked why not share that information upfront that you can't read the MRI I would've ordered them elsewhere. To which again he was rude and condescending. I maintained my cool and asked if he could recommend a specialist to which he said no without any effort to search for one. The visit was 70€ and the MRI was 400€ and afterwards it just felt like a money grab on his part since all the results were from the lab and the MRI place and when it came to deciphering results, advising, or even referrals to other doctors my visit with Dr. Joseph was pointless."
