"Dr Everson is phenomenal, his staff are friendly, the experience has consistently been good, BuT, as of 27 January 2025, I am shocked at his staff, not answering the practice calls and how my referral client was treated when calling in desperation and agony, was treated like a MOP over the phone for a emergency meeting and was every call I have made to make appointments goes unanswered. Even the email addresses have gone unanswered. So sad. He is such a good Specialist, to have such an ethos now, in the team surrounding him, not at all how the practice was run. Happy to edit my review, accordingly."

"Dr Aubrey Everson: Rated as a one star as zero was not available. I definitely would not recommend this provider of service. Not very friendly or communicative. Charges for services not provided and unreasonable!. The reception service are unprofessional and do not clearly state the limited services provided by this practice. Instead they prefer to accept appointments and then tell you after a 10 minute inspection is completed that they cannot unfortunately provide the service you actually requested. (which was for a checkup and clean as requested from the receptionist) Then continue to take advantage of a young adults naivety and got him to pay for this service not provided! They have as well still not provided a copy of the x-rays taken! Terrible experience, there are MUCH BETTER providers of dental and oral hygienist services in the Claremont area as we have since found out. I've since seen similar posts of this nature about this Dr and practice. Thanks"

"Dr Everson has got to be thee best dentist around. I started going to him after my previous dentist messed up a root canal in one of my teeth and Dr Everson fixed it and I have been going and seeing him ever since. Im talking many years now. And I wont go to anyone else. He and ALL the staff are so well trained and polite from the receptionist to the dental assistant. I see them as family. I highly recommend this practice."
