"My wife and I had a truly wonderful IVF experience with Damai Hospital. In fact, based on our experience dealing with several reputable hospitals out there, the personnel at Damai — from the doctors, nurses, and specialists, especially Fenny Ng and Dr Mahes — have been among the most hospitable, caring, cooperative, and supportive people we’ve encountered. Not to mention, the treatment was also very cost-effective (we can afford reputable hospital cost too btw) However, putting cost aside, what mattered most to us throughout the IVF journey was the human factor. In our opinion, the IVF process itself may be quite similar across many hospitals, but the way information, care, reassurance, and emotional support are delivered makes a huge difference.
