"When I did my online consultation about my hair I took pictures then they FaceTimed me right after and explained me everything from start to finish. Everything was flawless, each step. Once I landed in Turkey they have VIP transport to the hotel. It was a really nice hotel. From there on they were always a step ahead of me. Got my transplant the next day. I picked Estenove because they had stem cell treatments. Not many places have that. My hair grew in so much thicker in filler. Not one hair fell out when i was healing. Got my hair cleaned the next day after the transplant. VIP transport everywhere from hotel to clinic to airport. Your be surprised how much confidence u have with your hair. I’m 6 months in and they still keep in contact with me. Book with these guys u won’t regret it. Great customer service. They have American food at the hotel if you’re a picky eater."

"Date of visit - September 2025. Excellent service from Estenove. I was very nervous with the booking, as there is so many companies offering this service. I was speaking to around 5 companies that I shortlisted and finally settled on Estenove. A friend visited here 12 months prior to my visit and had excellent results also, so this helped with my decision. They helped to put me at ease on the run up to the trip and also kept me well informed of what to expect. The meeting area at the airport was a little manic and confusing. The guys running it were all over the place and didn’t make things very clear at all. Once we arrived to the transfer it was excellent from then on. Nice private Mercedes Vito for every transfer during my stay. The procedure was not as bad as I expected, but please don’t expect the injections to be pain free. They were extremely painful and seemed to last a long time, even though it was less than 10 minutes. Once these were done, it was a breeze. The team in the clinic were excellent and the same with my translator. I was looked after very well and would go back here if I were to require a second procedure. Aftercare has been excellent too. They create a WhatsApp group with a team of specialists for you. You can contact them any time with any concerns and they quickly put your mind at rest.
