"Do not fall for sales pitch and do not bother with this clinic. It will save you money and heartaches. The doctors do not communicate with each other and Patients are totally neglected . They apply a cookie cutter approach. We did several IVF cycles and we were shocked by so many inexcusable medical mishaps. There’s now way to confirm if eggs are retrieved during the process. We believe they weren’t really honest with their practice."

"We had an initial appointment with this clinic and they missed it multiple times. We waited on google meet and had to reach out to them both times to see what was happening. They were oblivious to the appointment until we gave them details about it. I mean, If they are this disorganized to keep up with new business I can only imagine how careless they are with procedures and service once you are locked in with them in the process. Not taking a gamble with them and heeding to the red flags from the beginning."

"They missed two back to back appointments with us. And these were the initial “ first” appointments. If they can’t manage to get on a virtual call on time for new customers, I can only imagine how irresponsible they would be with embryos. Our friend used this place a few years back but it appears that maybe the main doctor is not really involved anymore and they have inexperienced, unresponsive and unresponsible people working now. First meeting they told us they would be 30 minutes late, after I waited 10 minutes on the zoom and called the office to ask what’s going on. We could not wait 40 minutes as we had other engagements. Second meeting I called them 7 minutes after waiting on the zoom call with nobody there and they lady said who is this? After she’d been texting us via whatsapp. Then she said “oh yea, we need a copy of your ID first” lol. Maybe if you sent us a message the day before or called us before the appointment time would be more professional. They just obviously missed the call again and didn’t know what to say 😂. I am extremely careful when it comes to serious medical procedures so any red flags of carelessness and I am sure to run away. Hope you all have a better experience but I won’t be taking the gamble. Missing two scheduled meetings back to back- and waiting for the patient to call you before you have an excuse as to why you missed the meeting is unacceptable. Maybe on par for Colombian health care but not for us. We’ll probably just end up paying top dollar in the U.S. so as not to risk it."

"I'm from Florida and went to this clinic in 2018 for IVF treatment with Dr. Giovanni Lopez. I got pregnant and had a healthy baby girl on 1/17/19. She is now 3 years old. Last year April (2021) I returned and had my last embryo transferred. I got pregnant and delivered my sweet healthy baby boy on 12/21/21! God is so good. The customer service and assistance has always been wonderful at this clinic. Even though I don't speak Spanish, they made sure someone was available to assist me in English so language wasn't a barrier. Dr. Lopez is absolutely the best! We stayed in touch throughout my entire pregnancy and after, even though I was all the way in Florida. Unfortunately he left the clinic after my transfer last year. I believe he was a great asset there. Thank you Clinical Eugin for everything!"
