"I came to this hospital for a surgery as an international patient. I was a little worried due to the language barrier as not a lot of the staff spoke English really well. However, I could not ask for a better team of nurses, doctors, and staff that took such great care of me. I was so nervous about surgery but the way the staff answered my questions promptly and the nurses constantly checked in on me was amazing. I felt so at peace during my recovery and have never encountered a more empathetic, hard-working, and kind healthcare team. The services I have received from the Ward was fantastic, especially my surgeon Dr. Ulrich Mullner was amazing, so caring, such a loving and caring human being with a God's touch. May God Bless him always. The ward nurses were also fantastic especially Donna Mathew. She is such an asset to this hospital with such a devotion. Fantastic dedication towards her job. "This place does not feel like a usual hospital at all. The furnishing makes this place very cosy, and there is no distinct ‘hospital smell’ either. Everything is super clean, everybody is very nice and helpful. Most of the staff speaks good English aswell. The food is great. I was very satisfied with everything here."
