"My daughter had surgery at this clinic yesterday, and we are so overwhelmed by how empathetic and kind all the staff were. The anesthesiologist and the surgeon, Dr. Ernst Höfling, gave us a great deal of reassurance beforehand and treated my daughter with such loving care. "Doctors are very competent and professional, but waiting times are atrocious. For an appointment scheduled at 9:30, it took more than 2 hours of waiting for the actual appointment to occur. Recommended, but bring a laptop/table to pass time/work while in waiting room Please find a way to fix the waiting time, either with a display or some numbering system. This time after 2.5 hours of waiting, I had to go home as I had other responsibilities to do."
