"I used to have a check-up with your department. I just want to know if I can request a clinical abstract because my requirements are only for the PWD ID. Thank you."

"Unfortunately, I do not have the capacity to leave ZERO stars. I am a Doctor with 35+ years of experience working in Healthcare with multiple organizations. Notice that the positive reviews are from YEARS ago. This phone number goes to the hospital operator. Then, you are transferred to someone in the Department of Opthalmology, presumably, to make an appointment. But if you are a " Private pay patient," then they give you ANOTHER number to call ( and why you would have a system in place to make it MORE difficult for your higher paying customers is completely stupid). However, that number does not work, despite confirming that number MULTIPLE times on each of MULTIPLE phone calls. When I point this out to the hospital operator, the person making appointments for the NON-PRIVATE patient appointment scheduler, none of them seem to care or offer to help me find a correct number. I even asked to speak with the head administrator to point out to them that there was a huge problem with private pay patients even having the capacity to schedule an appointment. However, after holding for 5 minutes, and hearing UPROARIOUS laughter in the background MULTIPLE times. I finally hung up. I am a Doctor who is board certified in multiple specialties. I have been an administrator in multiple places. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE WORKED WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION....EVER. I WOULD GO ANYPLACE ELSE FOR YOUR HEALTH CARE NEEDS. If an organization is unable to handle something as basic as providing a working phone number to make an appointment, how can they possibly be trusted to handle much more serious healthcare needs. At a minimum, the person in charge of the Department of opthalmology should be IMMEDIATELY fired and replaced. Perhaps someone new would have the capacity to help change the culture there and not drive away private pay patients and the funds that follow."
