Postop follow-up is often and effective with all concerns or issues immediately addressed. The results were fantastic, pain and discomfort minimal. The fees for services were value driven and much lower than I anticipated. I had direct email access to Doctor Miguel Andrade who even responded over the weekend. "I got a rhinoplasty here and waited til after healing to leave a review. After over two years of healing my nose is at its final shape and I am not happy. Not because I am insecure or picky but because it is clearly not done with the skill necessary. The nose looks very crooked (the tip is twisted...one nostril lower than the other). It is asymmetrical. I have had the job reviewed by two surgeons in the USA who also saw many flaws and am going to have to get a revision to try to correct it which I am told will be complicated. I reached out to doctor Miguel to see what could be done but after over a month of waiting for a response I didn't hear back. Wish they would have offered a solution. Even when they took my cast off the doctor touched my nose as if to push the tip where it should be (centered) so he clearly saw it was crooked. I spent 6000 euro which is the highest end of the price range they gave me. And now I will have to spend more just to correct this."
