Desperately, (but fortunately) I went to Favorit Dental Clinic nearby, without any previous appointment, quite late, just a few minutes before program closure... No problem at all! DR. DORU TANASESCU got my issues solved in a very professional, delicate and fully painless manner!! Good facilities and performing equipment as far as I can tell, so everything was as it should be. "I have never written any negative feedback anywhere, but my experience with this clinic has caused me so much inconvenience that the least I can do is to raise awareness so no one else would experience what I did with them. Before anything I have to say that they are a team of nice, friendly and professional dentists. They offered free accommodation, next to the clinic where I stayed for 10 days when I was there. One of the reasons I chose this clinic, their good reviews and this option. I went there in the end of September 2018, to get my front-upper teeth done with E-Max Crowns. As I had a few missing teeth in my lower jaw, I asked them to build a bridge for me so that I can chew food properly. They said there wasn't enough time so they made a provisional bridge for me and told me that it would last over a year if I am careful with my eating. Well it did last only one week! It broke in half and it fell off after a week. I am a very slow and careful eater. I had another teeth that needed a crown on the lower jaw, which unfortunately the clinic without consulting with me decided to put an E-Max crown on it. Well that one got chipped after two weeks. When I saw my dentist in London, she told me that E-Max is very strong and is not supposed to get chipped this easily. They also said why would anyone put a full porcelain crown in the lower jaw which doesn’t even have any exposure. She said there is a chance that the material they used is not E-Max at all and it might be normal low quality full porcelain crowns hence it was chipped very quickly. So I had six teeth done on the upper jaw and one in the lower jaw. Now I don’t know what they are. Three of the upper jaw ones are loose now, I don’t even know if they are loose from the crown level or the root or the fibre post. When I told them about the problems and asked for compensations they asked me to go there and pay another £3000 to get implants and fix other teeth. They said they did a good job and they didn't believe I should get any refunds. I asked for a refund of the provisional bridge and the lower jaw crown. (about £250) Now I have gone into a full stress zone that one day one of the front teeth going to break or come off. Just because I don’t know what they have put in my mouth. They say they are an advance dental clinic, yes maybe they are in a third-world country but nothing is advance in there. They are still using old method of moulding for the mouth impression rather than computerised scanners, which not only gives a better results but also makes it faster to build crowns and create impressions. This clinic might be good a for simple fillings or root canals, but please do not give your precious teeth and jaws to them for implants or crowns. I am 35 years old and this has caused me so much stress no one can imagine. Pay a little bit more and go somewhere reliable. --------------- Update after owner's reply ------------- I read first paragraph and noticed that the entire text is copy and paste from the emails they sent me when I complained about their service. I stick to my guns and say that please be very careful and think twice before choosing this clinic. They are very manipulative and sneaky. About the last two notes, first of all I wrote this text long time before I post it on Google, and yes of course I leave negative feedback if I don't get the service that I pay money for. Either for this "business" or any other ones. And I think everyone who watches a few YouTube videos regarding latest technology in Dental services or read some articles, know that what they said about scanners is absolute nonsense. I have now booked an appointment which will cost me over £2000 with another dentist to fix the botched job they did on my teeth. But at least I'm sure they will do a good job as they have thousands of positive feedback."

"Fantastic experience with Dr Roxana at favorit dental clinic. They speak fluent English, were very friendly and went above and beyond to help me with complications and questions. I was very comfortable there. Definitely recommend for dental tourism, much cheaper for my wisdom tooth removal than in the UK. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Romania . "I attended this clinic early Nov 2018 after my dentists Lumident in Kiev failed to secure appointment dates for me . Being a first-timer I was somewhat nervous. However I found them to be quite friendly in a relaxed atmosphere which eased me quite a bit. I was attended to by Dr Roxana and she was quite thorough with her work with plenty of time on her hands which made me go on to get five procedures completed as against one or two I pre-anticipated. Its two months after and I have not encountered any issues from the procedures undertaken. For this reason I am happy to refer this clinic."
