"So far, this has been unacceptable. The first two appointments were canceled or postponed by the hospital. Due to illness, I was unable to attend the last appointment and now have to wait another month for the initial consultation. During the first phone call, I was told that the initial consultation would include an explanation of the procedure and a blood test. The second consultation would be for any further questions, and if I was interested, the treatment plan would be drawn up at that time. Today, I was informed that there will be a separate, third consultation for the treatment plan. At this rate, I won't be finished with the treatment by next summer. The woman who answers the phone at the Munich clinic, and who apparently also handles all emails regarding appointments, is clearly not qualified to provide any kind of information. This is very disappointing! Because of the discrepancy in the information, I requested a callback from a doctor. We'll see if and when that happens."

"I have nothing bad to say about the treatment itself; we really wanted to become parents, and everything worked out on the second try. However, the billing department and finance department at LMU are a real problem and full of unqualified staff. I received five invoices and paid them all. Two months later, I received a payment reminder. Why a payment reminder? I called, and they told me they had forgotten to bill for one item, so the first one was canceled. Okay, and where is the new invoice? Where is my money? This went on, no joke, six times until the second year of storage began, and after another payment reminder, I asked for a final invoice. I received it and paid it. Four months later, I got a debt collection agency, and my account was garnished. I can prove that everything has been paid. LMU itself sees all the transactions and says my account is balanced, but I have to sort out the debt collection agency myself; they're out of it. Seriously?! This is ridiculous! : ... I'm going to hire lawyers and sue this place. It can't be right that I suffer such losses because of staff who can't even manage their jobs six times in a row. Update February 5, 2025: After legal and court assistance, the problem was resolved. I made a massive overpayment, and yet my account was still garnished. I won my case and was awarded my money back plus damages. As I said, the customer service was great, but the billing department is an absolute disaster. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing, and nobody is ever responsible for anything. Ridiculous."

"I've been there several times now and have absolutely nothing negative to say. I felt very well taken care of from the start. The entire team is friendly and takes the time to address all questions and concerns. Appointments are easy to get, and the waiting times on-site have always been minimal."

"I cannot recommend this practice. I waited a long time for an appointment. When the treatment began, the doctor advised me to come in for an ultrasound during my period without making an appointment, as it was difficult to predict when it would start. The receptionist was very unfriendly and criticized me for coming without an appointment. I had called and emailed beforehand, but no one answered or replied. Only when the doctor confirmed that he understood the situation and would see me without an appointment did a normal conversation with reception begin. Each time, the wait to be admitted to the practice was extremely long. The long wait for the appointment, the difficulty of reaching reception by phone, and finally, the doctor prescribed medication. We discussed the treatment plan, but when my body didn't respond to the treatment as expected, it turned out that no one would see me because the doctor was on vacation for three weeks and no one else would be available. I discontinued treatment there. I recommend Tall."
