"After such a difficult fertility journey in the USA, we decided to travel from Texas to Tijuana to seek help and we have absolutely no regrets. From the very beginning everything was smooth and organized. The clinic arranged transportation for us including a free shuttle service from the border to the clinic, which made the process so much less stressful. All of our blood work was done there and they even provided free transportation for my wifes imaging studies. I especially want to congratulate Denisse for her outstanding service and care throughout this journey. Her perfect English, patience, and support made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We are beyond grateful to have met Dr. Velez, who made our dream of becoming a parents come true at almost 40 years old. He truly changed our life and I will forever be thankful for his honesty, professionalism, and compassion. "I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Velez and his team, including his staff Denise, Sarah, Majo, Gaby, and nurse Itzel, throughout our infertility journey. We worked with Dr Velez for 1.5 years, underwent multiple cycles and a myomectomy surgery in the process, and I was always impressed by Dr. Velez's professionalism and expertise. One of the things that stood out was his attention to detail, particularly when evaluating my husband's sperm. Although initial tests in the USA had indicated normal results, Dr. Velez identified a critical component that had been overlooked - sperm fragmentation numbers. His finding showed elevated numbers, which can significantly impact fertilization success. Dr. Velez prescribed medication to address this issue (suitable in this case) before fertilizing our frozen retrieved eggs, and we were fortunate to achieve several healthy embryos and a successful pregnancy. I attribute this positive outcome to Dr. Velez's experience. Currently, I am 9.5 weeks into my pregnancy and thanking God everyday and awaiting the arrival of our miracle baby. We would like to extend our gratitude to Dr. Velez's staff, Denise and Sarah, for their accommodating and flexible scheduling.
