Her kindness truly sets the tone for the whole clinic. Cyndi and Jenny, the IVF coordinators, are absolutely wonderful. They are calm, patient, and genuinely caring, always available to answer questions and guide you through every step of the process with kindness and professionalism. And of course, the man of the show — Dr. Femi Olarogun. He is truly one of the nicest and most humble doctors we have ever met. He doesn’t just treat patients; he touches lives. Dr. Femi takes time to listen, explains everything clearly, and his expertise and compassion made me feel completely at ease throughout my journey. I had full trust in him and his team. The entire IVF team works with such compassion, respect, and dedication. They turned what could have been a stressful journey into one filled with hope, trust, and care. I’m deeply grateful to all of them for their support and exceptional service. 💖"

"Kind team and the facilities were excellent, but the protocol and follow-through were very disappointing. I was left with thousands of rands worth of medication I never needed. I endured three types of antibiotics simultaneously (which the doctor himself admitted weren't really necessary for my procedure), and there were billing errors, which, although later refunded, were only because I pointed it out. I moved clinics a month later and got the assistance, care (and results!) I wished for. Lovely team, but I won't recommend them after experiencing another unfortunately."
