"Last weekend I went to the ER, referred by the emergency department, because a family member was having seizures. We were given a walk-in appointment with neurology today, Tuesday, but the doctor was absent. They didn't want to see us, even though we had to go from the ground floor to the 6th floor. It was a complete lack of service and empathy from the reception staff and the doctors on duty that day, who made us go from 8 am until 5 pm. They don't care about anything. It's shameful to play with people's health and patience like this. It's a lack of respect. Of course, we filed a complaint, and I will complain wherever I can because they are incompetent... knowing that one goes to the ER with health problems. I'm talking about seizures and neurological tests, not a simple fever from a virus. The power had also gone out, and several people were waiting for a T.C. (a medical center) with possible strokes... who obviously lost their place in line and weren't given any solutions. The answers were disrespectful and sarcastic; they don't know how to solve problems. It's sad and, above all, unfair that they offer and charge for a service they don't provide. I'm not giving it fewer stars because there aren't any, but it's a minus 10!"

"They're playing with people's health. In this case, I had an appointment scheduled for my 4-year-old daughter. On November 3, 2025, I received an email confirming the appointment with Dr. Diana Angulo Manchola - Pediatric Neurology - for February 4, 2026. I called to reconfirm my attendance, and a receptionist named Brenda told me that "the doctor had gotten sick the night before and they had canceled the appointment." I never received a cancellation notice, nor did they call to inform me, much less to reschedule. Brenda told me that they had to reschedule the appointment and that she would transfer me to the appropriate department. I asked her why, being from the appointments department, she couldn't reschedule me, and she said that at the *request* of the *secretary*, she had to transfer me to her. When I begged them not to leave me on hold, they transferred me to a different line, and obviously, I was left waiting until the call was disconnected. I called again, and Brenda answered again. She said she would check, put me on hold for 10 minutes, and then hung up without saying a word. They didn't even call me back, even though they have my information. I can't believe it. They didn't even offer to see another doctor. I understand that people can get sick, but they don't solve anything. We're talking about children's health. It's sad, awful, and incredibly unprofessional that they do this at a center that handles complex health cases. They shouldn't take patients' appointments lightly, much less when it involves children. We have to report this to the regulatory body, to the relevant authority; there's no other option."

"I've been receiving neurosurgery and diagnostic imaging treatment at Fleni Belgrano for five years. The care is excellent, always on time, and appointments are quite quick. I have nothing but praise for it. Always bring the ID of your companion as well, since security checks it at the entrance. My doctor is Dr. Mormandi, a neurosurgeon."

"I just had a nerve block performed by dr. Ramiro de Calbo. They. We’re so meticulously Proficient in the procedure compared to other hospitals I had it done. I am so happy I had it done at Fleni… Dr. Thomas Reis Centano is a fantastic neurosurgeon. Patient, considering, caring and walks you through what u know is going to be a serious surgery. For that I am grateful and forevermore in his trusting arms."
