"I have nothing to complain about the doctors and the service, but, each time I arrive for an appointment, I have to wait for 15-30 mins for some reason. This happened to me a couple of times. Management should address this."
"had a check-up done. I want to express my sincere thanks to the doctors and the staff for their professionalism and attentive care. I will definitely recommend them"
"I came here for Covid test to travel back to the States. You have to enter the emergency section of the hospital where you'll see Covid testing sign. Besides the lack of English speaking staff, the process went pretty smoothly. The lady took my passport, asked for my phone number and email address, and I paid 250TL for the test ($29). I was told that I would receive a text message the next day and will need to come back to pick up the result in person, they wouldn't email it. The following day I've been waiting for the text message or some sort of notification from them, even asked a turkish speaking friend to give them a call, and was told that until I receive a message from them the result was not ready yet. When more than 24 hours passed by after I took the test I decided to walk into the hospital to pick up the result, had enough stress already flying back the next morning. I used Google translate to explain to the front desk that I came for my result and that the test was taken the day before. Few minutes later they handed me a piece of paper that showed my negative covid test with a stamp. Apparently results came in on the same day I took the test, just a few hours later. However I was never notified and had I not showed up they would have never called me as they were supposed to! Bottom line - very nice, clean and high level hospital with staff that doesn't speak English and therefore you might be screwed if you don't push them and claim what they promised to you."
"I had a surgery with Dr. Baris Cakir recently, and I’d like to thank you lovely nurses Servet(or Selvet) and Zeynep who looked after me well in the 6th floor of the hospital. They were so nice, always make sure If I needed something or not. I felt so comfortable while I was recovering my surgery at the hospital. Thank you girls :) X"
"I was misdiagnosed twice here and charged a significant amount of money for treatments I did not actually need. Dr. Özlem Çakır diagnosed me with celiac disease without performing the necessary blood tests. When I continued to feel unwell, she insisted that I must not be following the diet correctly. This is despite the fact my biopsy showed only borderline findings for celiac disease and it became clear that the diagnosis should have been confirmed with proper blood work, which was never done. Dr. Ahmed Özdemir then diagnosed me with hydronephrosis, even though my CT report did not show any evidence of this condition. I am extremely unhappy with the care I received. Had I not relied on these incorrect diagnoses, I would have gotten better much sooner. I cannot recommend this hospital based on my experience."
