"I have debated for a long time about whether to leave a review, but after more than two years I feel it is important to share my experience. My initial consultation took place on the morning of the surgery and lasted around five minutes. The clinic felt very much like a conveyor belt of patients. I explained to the surgeon that my main concern was the length of my nose, although I was also aware of a slight bump on the sides of the bridge. I was placed in a room with another patient and we actually became friends afterwards and stayed in contact on social media. Immediately after the surgery everything seemed fine and I felt well looked after by the staff. However, the next morning — after not eating anything on the day of the surgery — we were given only an instant porridge pot and water. When the surgeon came to see us the following morning, he initially could not remember which patient I was and asked the nurse, “Which one is this?” He briefly asked how I was and then quickly moved on to the next patient. When I returned home, I realised I had not been told whether my stitches were dissolvable or not. After 14 days none of them had dissolved or fallen out, so I had to visit my doctor to have them removed. The removal was quite difficult as the stitches had not begun to dissolve. When my cast first came off I was quite happy, but I was looking forward to it fully healing so I could see the final result. However, about two weeks later a bump began to form at the tip of my nose and the appearance changed significantly. My nose eventually looked much worse than before the surgery. I contacted the clinic and was told I needed to return for a steroid injection. I travelled back for this and spent around £400 on travel in order to attend the appointment. When I saw the surgeon, he said very little, administered the injection, and left the room. I decided to wait a full year for healing before making any judgement. It has now been over two years and unfortunately the final result is very disappointing. My nose now has an unnatural shape. The bridge of the nose looks good, but once it reaches the nasal cartilage the tip bulges outward, creating what can only be described as a “beak-like” appearance. Very little length appears to have been removed from my nose. Instead, the bridge was shaved down to create a slope, while barely anything was adjusted in the cartilage. Having a sloped or “scooped” bridge on a long nose was not what I asked for at all. I understand that surgical results may not be exactly what a patient envisions, but the outcome is very far from what I discussed with the surgeon. Additionally, where my nose was stitched at the apex, there is now an overhang of skin and the area does not appear to have been stitched evenly. I would have expected this to have been noticed when I returned for the steroid injection. The other patient I shared a room with also expressed that she was unhappy with her result. Before surgery she already had more of a “beak-like” appearance and felt there was very little change afterwards, leaving her still feeling insecure about her nose. I also still feel insecure about mine. After spending so much money, travelling for the procedure, and going through the nerves and excitement that come with surgery, the least I would have hoped for was to feel happy with the final result. Overall, while the staff were pleasant immediately after surgery, the consultation felt rushed, communication was poor, and the final result has left me extremely disappointed."

"I had my breast implants done with Dr Lhotský back in July 2025 and I am still obsessed with my results. Everything has settled so beautifully and they look completely natural, people genuinely can’t tell! He has been very patient and informative with choosing my size to suit my body type, I was very indecisive so on the day of my surgery I actually went a size up and there was no complaints. The whole team were so warm and attentive, I never once felt like just another patient. The nurses actually care about you, genuinely. You never feel dismissed or like you’re being a burden, you really feel looked after rather than just processed and forgotten about. I had major anxiety going into this, never having been under GA before, and the anaesthesiologist Alan was absolutely incredible. He took the time to make sure I felt calm, understood my anxiety completely and gave me medication beforehand to take the edge off. I cannot thank him enough for that. What also really stood out was Dr Lhotský himself coming back the next day to check on me. That says everything about the kind of surgeon he is. Oh and the breakfast the next morning! Absolutely gorgeous, nothing even close to what you’d get in a UK hospital. It topped off the whole experience perfectly. Nearly a year on and my results still make me smile every single day.
