He patiently understood all our concerns and explained the entire treatment and surgery process very clearly. His calm nature, regular patient visits, and supportive communication gave us a lot of confidence throughout the treatment journey. He was always approachable and guided us properly at every stage. We are also sincerely thankful to our surgeon, Dr. Bhaskar Semittha, for his excellent care and support. "Subject: Concern Regarding CT Angiography Package Validity Dear Sir/Madam, My CT Angiography appointment was scheduled on 16 June 2026. I had taken a package costing ₹6,000 for the procedure. However, during the scan, my pulse rate did not decrease to the required level even after approximately six hours of observation and attempts to control it. As a result, the contrast CT angiography could not be performed, and only a plain study was completed. Subsequently, after consulting a cardiologist and starting the prescribed medication, I planned to complete the pending CT angiography scan. During my previous discussion with the radiology staff, I was informed that the pending scan could be scheduled later once my pulse rate was under control. Today, when I called to book an appointment for the pending CT angiography, I was informed that the package was no longer available and that I would need to pay the full charges again for the scan. As an HR professional working in a multispeciality hospital, I would like to suggest that the validity and conditions of packages should be clearly explained to patients at the time of booking or payment. This helps avoid confusion and inconvenience later. Apart from this concern, I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by the Fortis team.
