"The service is very good for the company's benefit, with extremely spacious and comfortable facilities. A room with a bathroom, closet, TV, Wi-Fi, breakfast, and parking included. The personalized medical checkup includes audiometry, general medicine, and optometry. I was pleased with the service provided."

"Absolutely the worst medical care I’ve ever experienced—and I’ve been treated all over the world. Had surgery today, and not a single thing that was agreed upon was followed. I never even spoke with the anesthesiologist beforehand, and she didn’t bother using a mouth guard—completely destroying my dental work and causing over $4,000 in damage. I explicitly agreed (and paid) to have the procedure done with a nerve block, which the doctor also confirmed… and of course, that didn’t happen either. She did whatever she wanted with zero regard for what was discussed. And it gets worse—my blood pressure skyrocketed to a life-threatening 249/119, and they gave me absolutely no medication. My family had to rush out mid-crisis to buy meds from a pharmacy. That’s insane and flat-out dangerous. After surgery—while I had screws and wires in my hand—they sent me home with no post-op instructions, no guidance, no follow-up plan. Nothing. There were red flags from the start, and I ignored them because I needed the procedure done, but this level of negligence and disregard for patient safety is beyond unacceptable. I will be filing a formal grievance, even though that’s not typically my style. But this is on another level."
