"10/10 would recommend to chose this clinic for lasik. Doctors and nurses were very nice and kind. The clinic is very modern and most of their equipment is made in Germany. I’m so happy that I finally got my eyes done!"

"Overall great experience, from the reservation online and subsequent booking call (mind that due to limited capacity and high demand you might wait up to a month) to initial check-up and consultation with a doctor who will explain you the nature of the procedure, price and method variations and the limiting factors., Thorough pre-operation checks prior to the procedure itself which (if you deduct the time for anesthetic drops to kick in) is quite short (about one minute for each eye) and painless (the physical pressure of the steel laser head against the nose/eyebrow is unpleasant). Instructions for post-op recovery were clear and two on-site check-ups were again thorough and professional. Heavily recommended if you are considering getting rid of your glasses/lenses. Within hours, I could work on my computer, within couple days I could drive, after a month the eyesight was better than previously with correctly adjusted glasses. Staff was professional, doctors kind and the doctor and nurse at the operation itself were super-friendly and comforting."

"I was trying to schedule pre surgery appointment in this clinic since May 2023. I would contact them a few weeks in advance when I planned to be in Prague for business and they would never have available slots. Last time I contacted them almost 2 months in advance and gave a period of time of almost 4 days to arrange a simple examination before the surgery. No time again. Over the phone they used to tell me that if I provide the examination results from some other clinic they could arrange for me the date of the surgery. It’s absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable to rely upon other clinic and being able to find a slot for surgery and not for consultation, while I made it clear that I plan to do a surgery at their clinic. Also 0 flexibility and even attempts to try to find a time for consultation. I wasted my time since 2023 on this clinic."

"I travelled over to Prague for Laser eye surgery. I chose Gemini after researching and couldn’t recommend them enough. I travelled over in January and had all the relevant tests and was told I couldn’t get the surgery at that point due to dry eyes. They offered me treatment and advised me to come back in a couple months. This actually increased my confidence in the clinic. I went back and was able to get Smile ReLEx, the care and service was brilliant and I’m now enjoying glasses free life!"
