"I really don't understand this company. The staff come across as very professional and the facilities look top grade. The communication however is terrible. I had some follow-up questions after my visit and the customer service lady I spoke to on the phone told me I should have asked my questions during the appointment. That's all, no offer to help, just spoke to me as if I was a poorly performing school child. She gave the impression that I was bothering her. They really need to work on their customer service if they want to have many customers from abroad."
