"After a scheduling change that was initially communicated well, what followed was a complete breakdown in communication , waiting in TEAMs call for no one to show up, with no updates and no one available to respond when we reached out. When finally someone called back, instead of a genuine apology or accountability, the person just hang up the call when I asked if I can trust to continue the collaboration with the clinic. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this clinic to think carefully before entrusting their care here. First impressions matter and unfortunately, this one spoke very clearly."

My doctor ( Dr Alexander) and coordinator ,( Katerina )were both amazing — they always responded to my questions the same day or by the next day, which made the whole process much less stressful. Before coming here, we struggled with the NHS in the UK and were never offered IVF, which was very frustrating.
