Very )professional and most friendly hospital ,I visited & I come from Unterfranken ( Main Spessart) ..Many thanks to everyone making my stay as pleasant as it can be ...A million thanks!!! Cheers"
"I had to stay here in the emergency station cause I was brought in my ambulance. The nurses were lovely. Before I left, I went to inquire with a female doctor, and she was absolutely arrogant and rude. Rolling her eyes at me, sighing (I just asked one question about my medication prescription), personally, I don't think you should be a doctor if you cannot handle urgent case patients' questions respectfully...disgusting."
"I visited this hospital today on an emergency basis due to sudden heart pain. From the moment I arrived, I found the receptionists, nurses, and doctors all extremely kind, attentive, and professional. What truly impressed me was their excellent communication, many staff members spoke fluent English in addition to German, which made the entire experience much easier and more comfortable. Based on my personal experience, I can highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking quality medical care and compassionate service."
