"Very disappointed with my 1st appointment with Dr Catia Rodrigues on the 10th of September 2019. This doctor was very cold and had no simpath with me and my partner. I also work in health care and I always make sure that our patients are treated with simpath. I wondering if she see a phycologist to learn how to deal with people emotions instead of only think about how much the procedure will cost it. I just want to say that I left the clinic very sad and I had the worse day Dr Catia Rodrigues after we talked you. However I'm glad that God put in our lives another clinic that gave the best care we could ask for. Please next time think before you talk to your patients or not patients as this treatment is very sensitive. We need a good clinic to get help but also we need a good support too. I'm only writing on here because I know there are lots of couple that are looking for help and I dont want nobody to go trough with a bad experience like us!!!"

I scheduled my first consultation two weeks in advance, waited for the doctor for half an hour, specifically set aside time for this, and she didn't show up. The reception said she was running late... I couldn't wait any longer and asked to reschedule, but now I have to wait another two weeks. Worst service ever."
