"Excellent service was given for my father ( Corporate refer -NLC). He was admitted in deluxe ward no 1111. From the admission till the discharge all the doctors, nurses and staffs attended us with utmost care and attention. They responded us quicky and explained our every queries with so much calm and patience. Doctor. V. Sreenivasan ( our consulting doctor - pulmonologist) attended my father in emergency ward... Sir explained very clearly about the issue and ensured every issue of my father is taken care off. Thank you so much sir & team. Doctor Kesavan ( ortho) attended my father regarding his ortho issue. Sir recommended MRI and explained about his condition clearly . Also recommended physiotherapy. Thank you so much sir. Mr. Sheik ( physiotherapist) attend my father for his physio. Thank you so much sir. Mrs. Thulir ( dietician) gave us a very clear details of my father's diet and answered so politely to all my queries. Thank you ma'am... Coming to nurses here in gleneagles ...each one of them are gem of a person. They are quick and responded to our queries with much patience and care. Excellent services was given to my father by all the duty nurses. Sneha , Meena, Sonia, ranjitha, lalitha, abinaya, kowsalya, Uma, muthu.. The head dept of nurse should appreciate their works. So kind of them all. Thank you sisters. The housekeeping staffs Sulkha, Itchubi, siri, kuttyma kept our room clean and gave us a pleasant stay here. Supervisior mrs.Nagalakshmi visited regularly to ensure their work. Good maintenance Only issue I found was my father was unattended in Emergency ward for a while due to many emergency cases at that time which is understandable . Other than that overall thanks to gleneagle hospital for the services and care🙏🏻"

"Recently, my wife was admitted to Global Hospital due to breathing issues along with allergies. The medical team took prompt and necessary actions to stabilize her condition. She was admitted for three days, and throughout the stay, all possible measures were taken to control her condition and monitor her health closely. The treatment and care provided were excellent. After shifting to the room, the nursing staff gave very good attention and care. I would like to specifically appreciate the nurses Meena, Muthulakshmi, and Sneha for their timely support, proper administration of medicines, and for making my wife feel comfortable throughout her stay. The housekeeping staff also did a great job. Nagalakshmi, Hitchbi, and Sulka visited the room regularly, maintained cleanliness, and ensured a comfortable environment. They were very kind and supportive towards the patient. Finally, the doctors thoroughly reviewed all the reports and clearly explained my wife’s condition and the precautions and measures we need to follow in the future. I was admitted twice—once for the surgery and once for suture—and both admissions and sevices were handled smoothly and professionally. Most of the consultations and reviews were done by Dr. Karthick and Sri Vidhya. Both were kind, patient, and explained the procedure and follow-up clearly. They took time to review everything properly and answered all my queries, which made me feel reassured throughout the process.
