"There is simply no way I could begin to rate the amazing, wonderfully warm, and incredibly professional Gleneagles Ward 8West team I’ve encountered during my prolonged stay at the hospital, due to adverse effects of an antibiotic and followed by bacterial infection of the blood. If for the sake of this review, I could shower them with a constellation of stars for how fantastic they have been, I genuinely would do so in a heartbeat. What would have been an absolute ordeal that is life-threatening turned out to be such a beautiful memory that I will always hold dear to my heart—and this is thanks not only to my team of awesome doctors, but also to the care, kindness and empathy I was shown by the Ward 8West nurses, cleaners and kitchen/meal delivery staff. Everyone became more than just someone tending to me, my complex medical conditions, and my daily needs. They all became friends. So to the gentle and superb nursing staff I now consider as my friends for life: Adli, Armie, Carlos, Czarina, Deepa, Dhana, Eleazar, Eric, Francia, Glenn, Jackie, Jaya, Kana, Katherine, Lin, Marry, Michael, Pam, Nages, Punitha, Rabi, Rajah, Rosidah and Thevika; To the kitchen and meal delivery team, with some of whom I’ve shared lovely personal connections: Shafirul, Aisha, Kavitha, Zaimi, and Vanessa; To the always smiling and obliging cleaners: Maria, Nani, and Amura; To the porters whose names I didn’t get but were always showing concern about my wellbeing; Thank you so much for everything you have done for me, for your laughter and chats, for being beacons of light and walking with me with positivity and lightness throughout my journey. "Had the best experience here having surgery and staying for 3 nights. Single room was so comfortable and quiet so I could rest, all the nurses on ward 10W were wonderful and the food was good also. Great experience beginning to end"

"Was at Gleneagles Hospital to participate in their appointment-only maternity tour and we were pleasantly surprised by their hospitality and level of service and care put into their patients' wellbeing. The building looks newly renovated and very clean. Wards were also well-equipped. We were served refreshments during the tour and we felt really valued as a potential customer."

"I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the 10 West ward Room 110 from 8 April to 12 April 2026. From admission to discharge, everything was smooth, efficient, and very well coordinated. The team at 10 West provided truly top-notch service. Despite being in pain and recovering from surgery, I always felt safe, well cared for, and reassured by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. What stood out most was the genuine warmth, patience, and attentiveness shown by everyone, from the nurses to the support staff. Their care and support made a significant difference in my recovery journey and brought me great comfort during my stay. I would also like to compliment the hospital on the quality of the food. "Day surgery ward and operating theatre staff were amazing. Top notch service from registration at level 7 admission counter till leaving the day surgery ward. Although the ward and public areas were dated and look like 1990s Singapore, the operating theatre was new and well appointed. All the equipment looked brand new and were of excellent functionality. Team work in the OT was great. Individual employees were friendly and helped put me at ease. Level of professionalism was high. My daughters have previously stayed overnight in wards, and the food provided was great. Snack for day surgery was passable only, prata not fantastic. Highly recommend opting for Gleneagles for day surgeries."
