"Pure greedy salesman. Wanted to sell vaccinations, contraceptives, long term medicine, and even acne cream to me. Wanted to prescribe as much tests as possible like even MRI and medicine before getting the lab results. Luckily I am the one doing research and proposing tests, or else $2000 more will fall into his pocket.
