"I've had a very positive experience at hairpalace. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled in a very organised and professional manner. Alexandra Kuti was very helpful and consise with all the preparations and any concerns I had. Despite my flight being delayed by 1/2 an hour, my driver Adam was kindly waiting and keeping track of the flight! I enjoyed his company on the way to the apartment and his humour helped put me at ease! The accommodation was modern, clean, secure and comfortable with digital access. I like the fact that there was a modern stylish kitchen area, although due to late arrival the evening prior to surgery, I didn't have time to purchase groceries to cook a meal (I enjoy cooking). The clinic is a short 10 minute distance from the apartment and despite getting slightly lost trying to cross the 6 lane highway opposite the clinic, I had enough time to visit the recommended "Syrup Cafe" and enjoy an orange juice there for 15 minutes (I didn't have enough time to order a breakfast meal) which was a pleasant experience with a friendly, polite staff member and a nice cafe environment. On the day of the procedure - 2nd March 2026, I was greeted at the clinic by Reka who was very polite, handled the paperwork and preparing me for the procedure as well as arranging lunch with kind, friendly professionalism. She also gave me company during my mid procedure break which was nice alongside putting on Netflix for me to watch during implantation :) I would like to thank Dr Neomi Vida for her friendly, polite professionalism. She handled the hair restoration procedure with upmost care and gentleness ensuring that I was kept comfortable at all times. Dr Noemi took into account my request on how I would like the hair to be distributed with her expert opinion. She answered any question I had during pre and post consultation and ensured I was completely informed about post procedure care. I was very impressed with overall presentation of the clinic as well. It's very clean, professional and modern looking with a pleasant view, which was nice since the weather on the day of the procedure became clear and sunny. I must say that having had a hair transplant years ago at a different clinic in Turkey, I was very much more impressed with the work done by HairPalace. It was handled from beginning to end in a much...much more organised and meticulous manner, with attention to detail and thorough paperwork and invoicing. After the procedure, my doner area had very minimal bleeding and fluid residue and after 2 days was very clean! The transplant area seems to be healing very well with the saline sprinkler spray keeping it moist during the first week. I was informed "meticulously" about the after care especially the critical first week post procedure in my post procedure consultation. The first week after care involves utilizing the saline spray solution for the transplant area every hour which I was told should run out in about 6-7 days. Thereafter, I was told to soak the scalp under the shower for 15 minutes each day while gently massaging the transplant area to soften and gently remove the crusts. The aim here is to have the crusts removed by the the end of week 2 in preparation for HairPalace to review. I will definitely update the review later on with results.
