"My experience with Elithair was unfortunately disappointing. Before my trip, I was informed that around 4000 grafts would be enough for full coverage. However, once I arrived at the clinic, I was told that I would need an additional 1700 grafts, which was not mentioned earlier. During the procedure, the hairline design that had been discussed and drawn before the surgery was not followed. The crown area received very few grafts, and the back area was left completely untreated. After returning home, I noticed that the overall result looked even worse than before the procedure. I shared photos and all necessary details with the clinic, but so far, I have not received any satisfactory solution or follow-up support. This experience has been very stressful both financially and emotionally. I truly hope that Elithair will review my case seriously and take responsibility to find a fair resolution."

"I want to share my experience after my husband’s hair transplant at this clinic in Istanbul. While the surgery itself was completed, the overall treatment and communication were highly unprofessional: • There was no English translator present during the medical procedure, so my husband could not understand what was being said or explained to him. • The staff did not properly explain the procedure, the medications, or the aftercare. • My husband was given medication without clear explanation of what it was or why he needed it. • He felt very unwell after the procedure, but there was no medical supervision, no one to answer his questions, and no opportunity to speak with the doctor. • The staff ignored our concerns, and when we submitted an official complaint, the clinic did not respond or take responsibility. This experience was stressful, confusing, and unsafe. A medical clinic should provide clear communication, proper consent, and care for the patient’s well-being — especially when treating international patients who don’t speak Turkish. We do not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially foreigners who need proper support and communication during medical treatment."
